We kindly ask that you take a moment to remind your child about the importance of disposing of garbage in the appropriate receptacles, rather than leaving it on the ground or in hallways. Outstanding Fees 

This is a gentle reminder to please log in to your MyCBE account to review and settle any outstanding school fees at your earliest convenience. As a school, there is $71 157.67 still owed. Timely payment helps us continue to provide programs, resources, and opportunities that support student learning and well‑being. 

If you have already made your payment, please accept our sincere thanks. Should you have any questions, experience difficulty accessing your account, or require support, we encourage you to contact the school office. We are always happy to assist. 

Yearbook Update 

Missed the yearbook deadline? We’ve got a small window of opportunity! 

  • Online ordering for 2025–2026 yearbooks is now closed. 
  • We’ve secured 35 extra copies that will be released for purchase online first-come, first-served. We’ll send a follow-up as soon as they’re available with instructions on what to do. 
  • This will be the only chance to purchase a yearbook if you missed the original deadline. 
  • Yearbooks will be ready for student pickup mid-June (exact date coming soon).

Quick + Easy Pick-Up Reminder  

Picking your kid up early for an appointment or activity? 

  • Please give them a heads-up before the school day starts, so they know what's coming. 
  • Then, give the office a ring about 5-10 minutes before you arrive.  
  • Please do not inform us of early pick-ups more than 10 minutes prior to arriving or by email - with so much to manage in the office, we don't want to forget and make you wait longer! 
  • We’ll let your child know so they can sign themselves out and meet you outside—no extra wait time, no chaos.  

Important: We will not let your child sign themselves out without speaking to their parent/guardian. Texting them does not replace calling us!
