Bonjour BP families,
We are almost at the finish line! Congratulations to all the members of our Track and Field team who contributed to an excellent showing last Friday at the track meet. You all represented BP so well. We will share official results when they are made available to us.
We also look forward to our grade 9's and their upcoming family farewell this Thursday as we wish them well on their upcoming High School adventures.

Operations Update
BP is projected to welcome 618 students for next year and have been planning for this in our timetabling and scheduling for the 24-25 school year. Right now we have 612 students registered for next year, and as always, there will be summer time ins and outs of which we are unaware right now. We are also keenly aware of our budgetary realities that we must embrace. To this end, we have made the incredibly hard decision to close the cafeteria for food service for next year. The last day for food service this year is June 20. The space will still remain open for students to eat lunch. We are targeting our funds to focus on providing programming, supports, and services that meet the needs of students while being responsible stewards of public dollars. If you are interested in learning more, please see the CBE Budget and Finance Page
Our operating hours will remain the same next year, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM –12 PM. We are able to extend lunch hour Monday-Thursday 11:22 AM –12:02 PM. Students will have the opportunity to go off campus to purchase their lunch at the plaza nearby. Students are expected to be in their seats and ready for afternoon classes to commence at 12:02 PM.
IPPs
IPPs were sent home on Friday (either hard copy or email). Please ensure that if your child has an IPP that it has been reviewed, signed and returned by the 21st. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to connect with your child's teacher.
Lost and Found Items
We have an abundance of lunch kits, water bottles, and hoodies galore in our lost and found. Please remind your students to have a final look and take any items that belong to them, as we will be donating the abandoned items on June 28.
