Second Semester and Option Changes

A reminder that semester change will happen at the end of the month, and students will have their complementary courses (except for those in Band) change for semester 2. Usually there are some students who would like to change option/complementary classes. The process is as follows: students will attend their regularly scheduled option classes as indicated in PowerSchool for the first two weeks. An option change request form will be made available on February 9 for students to pick up, complete, and return to the office. We may not be able to accommodate all change requests, as our classes are at capacity, and any changes will be dependent upon availability and space during the time period. Option change forms will be due on February 11. Students are to remain in their regularly scheduled classes until they receive notification of a change.  

Youthlink Cyber Safety Presentation 

As we are the English program overflow school for Griffith Woods School, they have graciously sent along this invitation to our families to join. There will be an online Cyber Safety for Adults parent presentation for January 28 at 6 p.m. if interested. The session is an hour long with additional time for questions. The zoom details are as follows:

Yearbooks 

Yearbooks for this school year will be delivered to students in June! Payment for yearbooks can be made through this LINK. You will be asked for your student’s homeroom teacher when purchasing for distribution. All payments/orders can all be made online. The school is not collecting payments for yearbooks for this year.  

Pinkham Spirit Wear 

Bishop Pinkham has partnered with Summarized Designs to launch a brand-new Panther Clothing Store! Our goal is to help students feel a strong sense of community and pride while offering convenient access to quality spirit wear. 

The store features a selection of school-spirit items for students including hoodies, sweaters, shirts, and shorts. Student will also be able to customize colours, sizes, and logos on select items. All items are optional to purchase. 

Please note that all sales are final. We are happy to make exceptions for size exchanges or any quality concerns to ensure families are satisfied. 

We invite you to check out the store to browse the new collection! If you order, the items will be delivered ready to the school for student pick up in 1-2 weeks.
