Bonjour BP families. 

It was an absolute riot to see our students in Halloween costumes last Friday. Everything from pickles, bananas, and feet in sandals made us laugh. Thank you to all who participated. What a joy! 

Today's message is a day earlier, so that you are receiving return to work information sooner rather than later. Please pay particular attention to the dates listed below, as there have been some changes. As of now, these dates/times are tentative and subject to change. CBE is still awaiting some decisions from Alberta Education in terms of reporting dates. Fall break will remain, as was communicated via system message last week. Our Parent Teacher Conferences dates will remain the same.  

BP staff would like to thank Ms. Denise, who has been handling front office duties since school start up. She has been so wonderful in her work with staff and students to create a welcoming atmosphere in the office.  Her last day was last Friday. We are so thrilled to welcome Ms. Chrissy to the administrative assistant role in the front office starting today. Ms. Chrissy has been in the office for a few days already working alongside Ms. Denise.  

Some of our students will have received a hard copy of the Demographic Verification Form to be filled out and returned to the office. Please ask your student(s) if they received a form to turn in to you.  

We will be marking Remembrance Day this Friday in Homerooms. Poppies will be distributed to all students. If you wish, you can donate to the Poppy Campaign by bringing cash that teachers will be collecting on behalf of the Royal Canadian Legion. Donations can also be made at the front office
