Bonjour BP families, 

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge some cultural dates of significance that will and have recently begun, as we celebrate our diverse community. February saw Lunar New Year and the beginning of Ramadan, and March brings us Irish Heritage Month, Holi (Mar 3), Holla Mohalla (March 4), International Women's Day (Mar 8), Navroz (Mar 19), Id-Al-Fitr (Mar 20), World Down Syndrome Day (Mar 21), National Indigenous Languages Day (Mar 31), and Transgender Day of Visibility (Mar 31). We are proud of every person in this building and their perspectives/backgrounds which enrich our community and make it stronger. 

Next Year Planning 

If you have a student currently in grade 7 or 8 and are not planning on returning to Bishop Pinkham, kindly email the office at bishoppinkham@cbe.ab.ca as this will help us greatly with planning and staffing for the upcoming school year (it's that time already!).

    Note: Bishop Pinkham School will be closed for summer holidays (no access to phones/emails from 12:30 PM on June 30- Aug 27, opening at 9 AM) 
  • August 31- First day of school for the 2026-2027 year!
